Cancellation and Refund Policy – Munjez Store

Due to the nature of Munjez Store’s business as a commercial entity operating in the sale and supply of water based on a weekly schedule:

Before Scheduling

The order may be canceled before it is added to the weekly execution schedule.

After Scheduling or Start of Execution

Once the order has been scheduled, or once purchasing or transportation procedures have begun, the order becomes non-refundable.

Operational Inability

If the service cannot be executed due to circumstances beyond control, the following will apply:

• Rescheduling the order, or

• Refunding the amount to the original payment method.

Banking Errors

In case of duplicate charges or accounting/payment errors, the excess amount will be refunded after verification, within the official time frame approved by the payment provider.
